Multi-Day Adventures

Congratulations! You are ready to dust off those hiking boots and dive into another level of hiking – overnight backpacking!

We understand the urge to explore, however, what it takes to venture into something new can be a bit scary. It’s a beautiful world out there and it takes some skills and preparation to be safe, comfortable and have fun! Backcountry travel and overnight camping is a great way to do that!

So much growth and discovery happens outside, in the wilderness – under the stars, along the river, around the campfire.  We hike in the wilderness for one or multiple days. We organize programs that are suitable for individual groups, meeting them where they are at – providing life changing experiences in respect to self-discovery and nurturing our body, mind and soul.

Reconnect and re-focus on yourself, healthy lifestyle, self-care, healthy body image, adventure and FUN again!

Our trips are designed in a beautiful Kananaskis Country, a great alternative to wilderness enthusiasts with less travelled trails comparing to Banff or Jasper National Parks. Join us on these adventures surrounding yourself with lakes, peaks, the smell of wildflowers and not to mention fresh air!

During your time backpacking, we hope to help you understand what to wear (layering systems), how to pack a backpack, what to bring or what to leave behind. Remember, what you bring, is what you carry;-)

We will cover safe backcountry travel techniques, including animal safety, as well as emphasize on trail and campsite “Leave No Trace” principles. This will allow you to learn or refresh your backcountry skills and travel in a safe and comfortable manner with us!

After all, our hope is to encourage you to learn the skills necessary to explore by yourself and perhaps inspire some new friends!

Finally, we are excited to facilitate a unique program offering reflective, experiential and personal development activities, as we believe in restoring Freedom, Confidence and Purpose in Women’s Lives.
